BellaJess Lease Application

• Fill out rental application completely, names, phone numbers, total income, vouches. Applications will NOT be processed with missing information. 
• Copy of drivers license, copy of pay stub, and verification of all income
• Full security deposit will be paid when application is approved, No exceptions
• First month rent will be paid prior to obtaining keys, if for any reason you do not move in on the schedule date, then you are responsible for the rent from the schedule move in date until you move in.  ie schedule move in date is May 1st and you do not move in until June 1st, you are responsible for all of Mays rent or any portion there of, and if you do not take the unit you will lose all of your deposit.  
• Pet security deposit of $150 plus $15 extra per month, you will need renters insurance for dogs showing liability for dog, proof of insurance prior to obtaining keys (no Pit Bulls or Akias)
• Tenant responsible for Payment of Water Bills in Single family homes and maintaining the snow removal from sidewalks.
